recently have been starting my running regime again... sianz, today cant run cause of rain, and i already have blisters at the heel of my foot, got ''nong'' somemore... =X maybe is too long nv run le den not used to it... ran from my house to causeway point then back, total distance everyday - 4.5km... ARGH!! damn long distance... and i just realised i am super unfit... -_-

anyway today later going out to ty's house to stay over, have to reach church at 0715 tml morning!! =X EARLY!!!!! sianz... am still nervous about leading the singspiration... dun reallie know what to say either... GOD HELP! but truely excited about the whole Melacca trip(not the singspiration part though) yup...

and sorry that i have not been blogging regularly by my standards...
